The full curriculum

48 lessons, scaffolded by age.

Four age bands. Three modules per band. Four lessons per module. Every module ends with a concrete skill the kid can demonstrate — no vague "appreciation of AI" outcomes.

🌈Band A · 6–9 years · Grades 1–3

AI Friends

AI as a friendly helper -- stories, animals, and fun!

Module 1

What is AI?

Meet your new friend Chippu

By the end:Kid can explain what AI is in their own words and identify three places they've already seen it (voice assistants, recommendations, photo apps).
Module 2

How Does AI Learn?

AI gets smarter with practice

By the end:Kid understands AI learns by example — has personally "trained" Chippu by labeling pictures, and can describe why more examples make AI smarter.
Module 3

AI in My World

Find AI all around you

By the end:Kid can spot AI in their everyday world (YouTube recommendations, Siri, photo filters) and explain what each one does in simple terms.
Band B · 9–12 years · Grades 4–6

AI Explorers

Pattern recognition, data, and simple algorithms

Module 1

The Brain Behind AI

How neural networks work

By the end:Kid understands neural networks as layered pattern-finders — can explain the input → hidden → output flow using a kid-friendly analogy.
Module 2

Types of AI

Different AI for different tasks

By the end:Kid can name and distinguish four AI types (vision, language, prediction, recommendation) and pick the right one for a real-world task.
Module 3

AI and Me

AI ethics and responsibility

By the end:Kid understands data privacy basics, what to NEVER tell an AI chatbot, and why "AI is sometimes wrong on purpose" matters when forming opinions.
🔧Band C · 12–15 years · Grades 7–9

AI Builders

Algorithms, training, real tools -- build real things

Module 1

How AI Really Learns

Deep dive into machine learning

By the end:Kid grasps machine learning fundamentals — training data, labels, accuracy, overfitting — and can describe each in 1–2 sentences without jargon.
Module 2

AI Models in Real World

Building practical AI solutions

By the end:Kid can analyze a real product (Netflix recommendations, ChatGPT, Spotify) and identify the underlying AI techniques powering it.
Module 3

Thinking Critically

AI bias, fairness, and impact

By the end:Kid understands AI bias and fairness — can spot unfair training data in concrete examples and articulate ethical concerns in their own voice.
🚀Band D · 15–18 years · Grades 10–12

AI Innovators

Build, evaluate, and deploy AI -- career readiness

Module 1

Building AI Hands On

Code and deploy real models

By the end:Kid has trained, evaluated, and deployed a small image classifier and understands the full ML development cycle from data → model → deployment.
Module 2

AI Models Deep Dive

Advanced architectures and techniques

By the end:Kid understands modern AI architectures (CNNs, LSTMs, transformers) at a conceptual level and can explain where each is used in industry.
Module 3

AI for Impact

Real-world applications and career paths

By the end:Kid evaluates AI projects against real-world impact (social, economic, environmental) and has a working map of AI career paths to explore.
